To get a refund, make sure meet the refund policy eligibility criteria.
1. Send us a Email (Include your steam username)
2. Send a refund request through steam (Help -> Steam Support -> select the game -> It's not what I expected -> refund it)
3. Once we comfirm the refund process has gone through, we will then refund your money
This process could take 24 - 48 hours

Orders are usually fulfilled within a half-an-hour to few hours from purchase.
